Most importantly, there must be one (1) chaperone per eight (8) hackers. All code must be written at the event and submitting something made before the event will result in your team being disqualified.

Of the more pertinent rules to this event are: no firearms, no illegal substances or alcohol (including any tobacco or nicotine based products), no energy drinks, and your team MUST apply to the 8:1 student teacher ratio.
It is preferred that teams arrive from 10:00AM to 11:00AM for sign in, but if you or your team cannot make it there on time you will still be able to sign in and attend.
Team size is limited to four (4) hackers per team. If you disregard this rule your project will be disqualified.
High School students from the DFW area are invited to attend. If you are older or younger than this, your ticket will be canceled. Additionally, if you are from outside of the DFW area (i.e. from somewhere other than Tarrant, Dallas, Denton, Collin, Rockwall, Kaufman, Ellis, Johnson, Parker, and Wise counties) and don't have special permission to attend, your ticket will be cancelled.
Participants will submit their projects to this devpost, which will accept submissions starting at 11:30AM on April 7th, 2019. Submissions will close thirty (30) minutes later, at 12:00PM, at which time it is expected submissions are complete.
